Refund & Return Policy

At ShapeDrops, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our policy below before requesting a return or refund.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

We only accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unopened

  • Item must be in its original packaging

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Orders refused at delivery

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who abuse our policy, file repeated disputes, or attempt fraudulent claims.
